Booking Refund Policy:

 

* Cancellation 2 Weeks Before Reservation Date:

   * If you cancel your reservation at least 2 weeks before the date of your reservation, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the total booking amount.


 

* Cancellation 3 Days Before Reservation Date:

* No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days before the date of the reservation.


* No Show or Dislike of Unit:

* If you show up for your reservation and decide not to use the unit due to personal reasons or dissatisfaction, no refund will be issued.

* However, at the discretion of the management, you may be eligible for a 50% voucher equivalent to be used on a separate date, provided the unit is available.


 

Transfer of Reservation:

* If you are unable to use the reserved unit, you have the option to transfer the reservation to another guest for the same date.


 

Important Note:

* Similar to hotels or other AirBnB listings, refunds are not possible once the booking has been confirmed and paid.
